Our gym is equipped with everything you need to achieve your fitness goals, from free weights (up to 60kg) and weight machines to cardio equipment and more.
 

We also offer a free creche, so you can bring your little ones along while you work out.

We have an "After Hours" add-on available - allowing you to access the gym from 2am - 10pm daily outside of staffed hours!
 

With many different membership options available, including a subsidy program for those who qualify, there's never been a better time to become a member of the Dysart Gym community!
